EULA – End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Martha Perez for the use of the iOS application Instant Loan Calculator.


1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.


2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or modify the App
  • Sell or redistribute the App
  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Use the App unlawfully

3. Subscription & Purchases

If the App offers subscriptions or premium features:

  • Payments are handled through Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Users can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Financial accuracy for all situations

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martha Perez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.


6. Apple Terms

This EULA is between you and Martha Perez, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its support.


7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
